近日，宁波通商银行上线智慧银行（自助版）卡箱功能，通过对服务流程、设备机具的再造，实现了一键申请、自动发卡，标志着宁波通商银行通过持续自研，已形成独具特色的智慧银行PAD客户服务工具，实现了对大型非现设备的平替，迈入厅堂机具轻型化的新征程。
智慧银行（自助版）主要亮点
01、自助服务更便捷
通过近二年来对软硬件的升级迭代，宁波通商银行智慧银行（自助版）支持自助办理开卡、转账、理财等24项常见业务办理，满足客户95%的日常业务需求，平均办理速度较柜面提高近2分钟左右，无论在功能覆盖还是服务效率均已达到业内头部水平，形成具有我行特色的轻型化，小型化服务机具，成为厅堂客户自助办理业务的利器。
